Arrival & Payment Information:
Guests are welcome to check in from 1:00 p.m. The latest check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
To secure your booking, we kindly ask for a deposit once your reservation has been confirmed. You can make this down payment via mobile money to +256 7829 05959 or +256 7029 05959. Alternatively, transfers can be made by EFT to either a UGX or US Dollar account. If you prefer to pay in Euros or British Pounds, we can also provide details for a German bank account. Just let us know your preference, and we’ll send you the relevant information.
The remaining balance can be settled on arrival at The Haven. We accept cash payments in US Dollars, Ugandan Shillings, Euros, or British Pounds, as well as mobile money. Kindly note that we are unable to accept cheques.
Full board includes:
- Breakfast with coffee/tea and juice
- A two-course lunch
- A three-course dinner(Please note that drinks are charged separately.)
