Based on requests from several companies and NGOs, we have created one large indoor conference room and two outdoor conference areas (of different dimensions) at The Haven Eco River Lodge.
All three conference facilities are located at our secluded Family Suite, guaranteeing privacy.

The conference facilities boast a remote, quiet location overlooking the river with the latest meeting room technology, supported by the professional service from our lodge staff.

Custom-designed conference facilities at The Haven Eco Lodge can seat 50 people and include projector, whiteboard and markers, laser pointer, and complimentary writing materials.

Each conference room is well-equipped with British and European power sockets and Wi-Fi.

Drinking water, coffee / tea and ‘small bites’ are included in the price of conference room hire.

Use of the conference facilities are free to guests staying at the lodge (on condition of pre-booking).
